Wedding Coordination $2,300
For the couple that has planned it all, but would like someone to manage the details for a stress free day.

2 Months of planning meetings, overall coordination and attendance at your rehearsal, your ceremony, and your reception until dancing begins
(8-10 hours onsite).Set up of clients personal decor: limited to light weight items, such as DIY centerpieces, table numbers, escort cards and signage.
Organization of all vendors information and arrival times created into a comprehensive detailed timeline of your day’s events, including vendor and venue confirmation calls and emails.
Unlimited emails and phone calls during office hours, throughout the duration of your planning process. We don’t limit how many hours you chat with us!

For the couple that has started the planning process, but would like additional assistance. You and Allison will decide what areas of your wedding you need those most help with!

Assistance in the little details; proofing save the dates, invitations, menus, and offering suggestions for gifts and favors.
